All consultations are held by telephone or Viber voice calls unless you request for the appointment to be held on Zoom.
It is your responsibility to download Viber or Zoom prior to the appointment.
Face-to-face appointments are not available currently due to circumstances related to COVID-19.
Please note that using Viber or Zoom from a computer is preferable as this will allow screen sharing and make for a more collaborative experience.
FEES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
The fee is $55 inc GST for a 15 minute consultation and $330 inc GST for a standard consultation (usually 45 minutes to an hour).
When you book an appointment you will need to provide valid credit card details.
Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking the appointment, however your credit card details will be kept on file.
When your booking is confirmed you will be shown a message with our bank account details for payment.
You will be requested to deposit the fee of either $55 or $330 into the Visavis Group client bank account and to send confirmation of payment, such as a screenshot to us by email or on Viber.
If payment is not received into our bank account prior to the appointment, your credit card will be charged the fee of $55 or $330 plus an additional $10 service fee to cover credit card processing fees and administrative costs.
ZOOM
If you have requested for the appointment to be held on Zoom, you will need to log in to Zoom at the scheduled time using the link provided.
LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE
There is no fee for language assistance in Hazaragi, Dari, Farsi and Urdu however an additional fee will apply to provide interpreting services in languages other than Hazaragi, Dari, Farsi and Urdu.
DOCUMENT REVIEW
If there are any documents you would like Kate to review during the consultation such as correspondence from the Department of Home Affairs, please upload them to the ‘Client Information Form’ or email them to [email protected]
It is your responsibility to provide genuine documents and complete and accurate information to Visavis Group.
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
It is your responsibility to be punctual for the consultation. If you are running late, please let us know by calling or messaging us.
As we often have matters that require urgent attention, we may need to reschedule your appointment to a different mutually convenient time.
If you cancel an appointment, you are required to provide MORE than 24 hours notice. If you don’t, you will be charged in full for that booking using the credit card details you provided.
If Visavis Group cancels a prepaid consultation with less than 24 hours’ prior notice, you shall be entitled to one free consultation of the same duration (either 15 minutes or one hour) upon rescheduling. You understand that the free consultation must be redeemed within 14 days of cancelling the previous one or shall be forfeited.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your information and documents will be kept confidential by Visavis Group unless there is a threat of harm to you or another person or the release of the information or documents is required by law.
